Debbie Metz has been interested in Arts & Crafts since childhood. She spent countless enjoyable hours creating toothpick trees, Reader's Digest Angels, pillows, Christmas ornaments, etc. with her Grandma and loving every minute of it. After experimenting with different mediums for about 20 years, her love of art has blossomed. She paints gourds raised on the farm and loves to attend auctions and yard sales to find unique used treasures such as old sleds, ice skates and furniture. Through decorative painting with acrylics, she transforms each piece into a beautiful work of art. You can find her hand-crafted items at the select craft shows and at Tamarack, Best of West Virginia, in Beckley, West Virginia.
